Hands off - poor quality, burnt food and poor service We just placed an order at the restaurant "Asia Küche". We had ordered two starters and two main courses. According to the restaurant, the order should be delivered within 40 minutes. In the end it was 60 minutes. The food was lukewarm and of poor quality. The starters were both delivered incorrectly, one was even burnt. Telephone inquiries at the restaurant were answered harshly and rudely. The request for a new delivery of at least the wrong starters was dismissed with the comment "must eat, cannot deliver again". Conclusion: never again. We can only advise against this restaurant. Do not be misled by the almost 1300 positive reviews on Lieferheld. One star is still too many.

I think the shop looks very plain and simple, better said totally loveless and uncomfortable. The staff welcomes you without a face mask. The sushi chef never finds a mask. Find the Vietnamese staff sometimes very unfriendly. When you call to order something who are often very snotty if you don't understand them. sorry but that is probably not our fault if the person on the phone hardly speaks any German. to eat I have to say often given a chance and always disappointed. partly of poor quality up to tastelessness, had everything there already. had stomach cramps and diarrhea. the sushi is ok but nothing special. whatever strikes me when you pick up your food there, you never get a bill several other people reported. There is probably a lot of work done under the table, but what can one expect from such a shop. to all fingers gone. please do not support any sister medical work and bad food.

If I could I would give zero stars. Instead of beef with fresh coriander, I got a curry with tomatoes! The Peking soup has the consistency of a Uncle Ben's ready-made sauce! When I complained over the phone, they just hung up. Never again!!!! The food has nothing to do with Asia

Unfriendly and unprofessional. I dont know about the food, I didn't get to order, but staff answering calls are barely audible or understandable and short with the customer. Don't seem to know their menu. When I asked for the dish I wanted by name they couldn't take an order unless you have the meals number (I didn't have a number). Rude behavior, lots of sighing and audible frustration and finally got hung up on on my second attempt. If your to busy for your customers hire more staff and maybe someone a little friendly and understandable. Also now reading reviews I think I was lucky as most seem to dislike the food.

Great value for money, we regularly pick up our food here. Preparation rarely takes longer than 10 minutes, and there is another 20% discount when you pick it up!

Our address for super delicious sushi and authentic Asian cuisine for over 10 years. Very fast delivery, often 10 - 15 minutes faster than stated. The dishes are of first class quality. (Incidentally, we always call directly there, not via group delivery services.)
